This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit our website at www.bluwave.net (the "Site"). Please read this policy carefully. If you do not agree with its terms, please discontinue use of the Site.

Important: This Privacy Policy applies only to www.bluwave.net. The BluWave client platform (client.bluwave.net) and service provider platform (provider.bluwave.net) are separate platforms with their own applicable agreements and are not governed by this Privacy Policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.

2. ABOUT BLUWAVE

BluWave, LP is headquartered in Brentwood, Tennessee. BluWave operates a market network that connects private equity firms and their portfolio companies with vetted service providers, consultants, and interim executives across a range of business functions.

3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

3.1 Information You Provide

We collect information you submit directly through forms on the Site. Depending on the form, this may include:

Forms on the Site are used for the following purposes: inquiring about BluWave’s services, applying to join the BluWave service provider network, downloading content, and subscribing to BluWave communications. Form submissions are processed by HubSpot or Typeform.
