Our Founder and CEO Sean Mooney spent nearly 20 years in private equity experiencing daily needs for top third parties to support due diligence and value creation opportunities. He created BluWave to solve his problem.

BluWave builds out its proprietary data sets and redefines its processes. Over the next 3 years, BluWave rapidly expands to support over 500 PE firms and grows internally to support their expanding client base, moving into their 4th Nashville area office.

BluWave is named in the top 3% of the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies in the country.
New Launches
BluWave recognizes PE firms with the inaugural Top PE Innovator Awards, starts the Karma School of Business Podcast, and launches the first generation of their artificial intelligence tool. They also move into their 5th, and largest, office as headcount continues to grow.
Growth Investment
BluWave receives a $14 million strategic growth investment to scale their market network platform, AI matching capabilities, and scale its go-to-market team.
